                                              Investment Advisor Representative (IAR)

The IAR is expected to work as an independent contractor whose primary responsibility is to build relationships and refer clients to Coastwise Capital Group for the opening of investment advisory accounts. The IAR is expected to have his or her own book of business prior to becoming an IAR for Coastwise.

All Investment Advisor Representatives who are not registered will receive Series 65 licensing, in addition to receiving valuable initial and ongoing training from the professionals at Coastwise. This position is designed to allow Coastwise the opportunity to reach potential clients through an experienced representative, developing relationships and opportunities that provide these potential clients access to Coastwise’s superior services and products.  

Applicants to be considered for this position are:

• Experienced in the finance industry
• Interested in and have a base knowledge of finance/investing
• Motivated self-starters
• Of high integrity
• Energetic and enthusiastic 
• Articulate

Requirements of the program are:

• Become Series 65 licensed
• Have your own book of business
• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state rules, regulations and laws governing the provision of investment advisory services
• Possess experience in the finance industry
• Have professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality

Compensation:

• Compensation is based on an ongoing percentage of management fees collected from clients referred by the IAR
